Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with its tags still attached, and in its original, clean packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that made-to-order products are not eligible for returns. These items are manufactured or ordered specifically according to the customer’s request and cannot be restocked for resale. Examples include turbochargers that we do not normally keep in stock.

If the return is accepted, the customer is responsible for carefully packaging the item so that it arrives back to us in good condition.
Some products (such as wastegates) include original retail packaging that is considered part of the product itself. This packaging must be kept clean and intact and must not be taped, marked, or used as a shipping package.
A 1% return handling fee will be charged to the customer, in addition to all return-related costs (shipping fees).

Unclaimed Shipments
If the customer fails to collect their order and the shipment is returned to us unclaimed, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all shipping costs incurred.
This includes both:
- The original shipping costs to the customer
- The return shipping costs back to us
For unclaimed shipments, we will deduct the original shipping cost and return costs from the total order amount. The remaining balance will be refunded using the original payment method.
A package returned as unclaimed is not considered a customer return or order cancellation.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Clearance items
- Sale items
- Paints
- Chemicals
- Custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items)
We also do not accept returns for:
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids
- Gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and unworn
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
